Elevated Santa Fe

Seafood tamales, duck confit enchiladas with red & green chili, cilantro rice and mashed black beans, Anise flan with salted canela caramel.

Traditional winter soup, hand rolled Pappardelle pasta with Bolognese ragu, branzino with salsa verde, pistachio cake with clementine glaze.

 

Pizza & More

Wood oven cooking. Focaccia, thin crust & deep-dish pizza, porchetta, panna cotta and berries.

Spanish

Pulpo la Plancha with potato purée, toasted almonds, crisp chorizo and maple syrup. Paella with Chorizo Bilbao, chicken, shrimp, mussels and saffron rice. Quesada pasiega with chocolate.
